Fat Balls

I have fat balls, and the birds love them.
Trouble is I only like t!ts. Blue, Great, Coal, and even the Long-tailed t!t.
But the bigger birds love my fat balls too. Them pesky crows and pigeons.
They are so greedy that they eat them up too fast and they scare the little birds away.
Now I am only going to put my nuts and seeds out for them to peck on.
Have you had a similar problem with your fat balls?

Yes, it was a very poor attempt at a play on birds.

@Orson_Kart depends on if there's cauliflower cheese, yorkshire pud and gravy or not!

Sorry I don't have fat balls but if I did, I am sure that the squirrels would eat them anyway!! Nothing worse than a squirrel nibbling on fat balls!!

I encourage the small ones, but the big ones don't take no for an answer.

I like your thinking.
Are you saying you can't get hold of fat balls in Oz?
You should come over here, they are in your face.

the problem is that nature won't let you pick and choose - you get all the critters not just the ones you want to see - the only reason you don't draw in an ostritch and an emu is they are too far away and don't fly

oh my I had to catch my breath I laughed so much! @Orson_Kart , I was listening to Fireball from Pitbull while reading this, strange hmmm . No, cats moved in next door with our new neighbours so no more birds come to visit us .

@Orson_Kart , it did . Sorry to hear that. But yes, we've stopped feeding the birds for now, it only put them in danger.
