What time do you usually get out of bed?

On school days, I wake up early, about 5:00 AM. However, when I want to squeeze in exercise before preparing to go to school, I have to wake up earlier, about 4:00 AM or 4:30 AM.
However, on summer vacation, like right now, I stay up as late as I want to and stay in bed as much as I want to except for times when I have a meeting or a seminar to attend. Now, I usually get up at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM and that is late for me.
How about you? What time do you usually sleep and what time do you usually get out of bed?

Hi Erval! Thank you so much for your response.
You wash your clothes in the morning? Isn't that too time consuming? How much time do you allot for traveling if you don't mind me askig? I'm lucky enough to live and work in a rural area so there's no heavy traffic at all. I understand that traffic takes a lot of time especially in Manila.

@nanayangel i mean took tooth brush, wash / shower, change clothes.. haha yep I live in manila and too heavy traffic that's why I inserted too much of extra time just to be sure that i'll arrive earlier.

@tech40 Oh, sorry I misunderstood. Traffic is the last thing that I will miss from living in Manila. There are many other perks of living in the city, though. I mean, we don't have cinemas here for one. :(

@skysnap Oh, I see. It takes work to stay healthy with those working hours, then. Same number of hours but the difference can be stressful if you're not used to it. How long have you been working on those times? Are you used to it now?

Hi Sol! Thank you for your response. You have the same name with a principal from our district.
Anyway, I still think it's pretty cool that your body clock is ahead of your actual "wake up" time. Then you can accomplish more and you do not feel deprived of sleep.

It has been a long time since i started exercising early morning and so i get up around 5 a.m everyday. It's really nice to sleep early and get up early as it is very good for health.I do get more energized by getting up early and exercising which keeps me active the whole day as i don't feel dull at any moment.I have also motivated many of my friends to follow my routine and many of them have listened to me and have become fitness freaks now

Hi Alienstar! Thank you for your response.
It's great to know that you have been exercising! I am giving up my video games before bed so I can accomplish more and be able to wake up earlier to squeeze in a bit of exercise before I prepare for work. Thank you for reminding me about exercise!

I am on a vacation somehow and the earliest time I get up early is 7AM if I will not need to go outside. If I have a seminar, I usually get up earlier than 7AM. The earliest time I sleep is 9PM and the most late is 11PM.

Oh, I have an uncle who can't sleep early but still gets up early in the morning just like you. I hope that you do get some naps during the day...

I usually wake up at 5 AM during weekdays. That is to prepare breakfast and some foods for my daughters to pack for their lunch in the office.
During Saturdays and Sundays, my eyes usually opens at 5 AM or sometimes before 5 maybe because my eyes get used already to the time I usually wakes up. So even if I want to stay late in bed, I can't. because my eyes and my mind are already awake.

Hi Cristy! Thank you so much for your response.
Indeed, mothers have to wake up earlier. Body clock plays a major role on the time you wake up though and it does not usually recognize weekends and holidays. :D

Hi there Firmansyah! Thank you so much for your response. You are right. We accomplish more when we wake up early. However, it is as important that we get enough sleep so we can be productive.

I used to get around 5 or 6am but it is colder in the mornings now and so I stay in bed a bit longer. We are retired so it is easy not to get up so early.
