Are you a foodie like me? Well foodie or not, you must have a favourite dish! My favourite dish is Biryani. It's an Indian Mughlai dish, which is prepared with the ingredients like rice, veg/meat/fish, yoghurt, lots of spices and other optional ingredients. For those who haven't tried it, you should. And for those who have, you already know the magic of Biryani, don't you? Let me know the name of your favorite dish along with a short description of what it's prepared of.

I am not familiar with many Indian foods. I have never heard of Biryani at all. I do not eat meat so I probably would not like this. My favorite thing to eat is probably vegetable lo mein which is a Chinese dish I believe.

Well I have lately turned vegeterian though in my past days I had a liking for biriyani but th place I reside served a lot savory biriyani in hyderabadi dum style. In the beginning I liked it but it somewhat spoils the original taste as well . Biriyani in Lucknow and Bhopal are must try ... My favorite dish is rajma-chawal especially if one ever visits Delhi he should give it a try. Rajma beans needs to be soaked 12 hours before cooking and then with moderate seasoning one can use pressure cooker to cook.
