Why do you always sleep late at night ?

Most of the teenage love to sleep late at night. We all did when we were young. However, after marriage and getting older each and everyday, sleep late habit just gone since we need to face the fact that we will be tired so easily because of work and family issue. If you are still staying up late all the time like an owl, share with us ? What will you do to pass your night like that ? Will you get tired ? Share with us ?

Oh, I didn't know that mylot has such an ability to make people to sleep late. Mmmm....., I wonder who would do that.....???

Yes, understand that. Some people even needs to work over night shifts to earn a living such as those security guards. It is not good for health to work like that but some people really have not much choice . It is hard for them to earn a living with such working schedules. 6 days per week and 12 hours for each day in Hong Kong and the salary is not high.

I am always on My Lot until at least 1am or later. I get up about 10 am. I have always been a night owl and had weird hours when I was working.

i sleep early in the morning... like 3am or 4am... sometimes even 6am if i go out...
