Each and every part of our body is priceless. Nature has provided us such wonderful body parts that even if we face a small problem with any of the parts, we go restless. I love my face. My face tells others about me. My emotions get reflected through my face.

hmmmmm never actually thought of this...but i think it's..my shoulders ^^ as for working out, no need since I am slim. I would rather put some weight on. Any thoughts on this?

As for the suggestion on putting on weight try more food maybe. Have you talked to your doctor about any suggestions?

@Tina30219 tried everything...exercise, i eat 5 times a day and i dont count calories at all, vitamins, etc etc. it's just my body the way it is. I have a height to match it so it's not that bad. I just wish I could have more strength and energy. A few kilograms won't hurt but I am not seeing it happen
