What do you Want? What do you Need?

I get what I need of course... I know someone who turns his wants into needs. LOL He usually tells that he needs this, he needs that... But in fact, those are just wants and you can live even without those.

I remember that determining one's wants and needs was one of the topics we discussed during the values formation program that we conducted for coconut farmers several years ago. It was a volunteer work with COCOFED.

yes most of us do that. wish my kids did especially the one that lives here

I want to kiss you because I love you. I need to kiss you to heal my aching heart.

If I have the money for the pleasure then I indulge, but mostly it's needs.

I try to get the right amount of both. Though I confess I can get obsessed over my wants. I purge much of that yearning in my journals.

I give priorities to my needs, my wants can always wait and I buy them only when I have more than enough money.

These past few days I put more weight on things that I need than I want. Usually what I want I get it later and sometimes unexpected.

I always get what I need first.

Basicalle I get what I need with some occasional wants.

Mostly needs, but sometimes there's not enough for that either. We're always strapped in the winter months and tend to splurge a little in the warmer months, but we don't go on vacations away from home and we've not taken out any loans for vehicles for ten years or better, so even our splurges aren't only supplying our wants.

Easier said than done.

I believe most of the time we get what we want not what we need

No I do not get what I want or need.I am happy with my life.

Both, most of the time.

We cannot always get what we want, but I think it is fair to at least get what we need!

I try to get both.

From economics, human want is insatiable
