Do you miss your childhood?

When we are children or teenagers, we hope to become adults quickly. When we became adults, we realize how happy we were when we were kids and we did not know that. Sometimes I think being an adult comes down to just working and paying bills (and this is sad... pretty sad ).
There are so many responsibilities in being an adult that we sometimes think we won't can handle it, right? But then we calm down, and see that everything is a phase... But childhood always comes to mind again to relieve us (and this is such a good thing ).
Oh, how I miss my childhood... I wish I could have have Peter Pan's syndrome (but even as an adult, I always keep my child alive ).

No, can't say that childhood is missed by me. So far being an adult is better.

I always am and have been a child at heart. Yes, I had a very happy childhood and enjoyed my teen years but we do have to grow up so I am content to have the memories and be still crazy after all these years.

It is good to have Peter Pan's syndrome; so we'll never be bored or sad when we are already old.

No, I don't miss my childhood. I don't remember a great deal of it. Not sure why. Perhaps it just wasn't particularly memorable. As an adult, I've done a lot of things I had never done as a child. I took my children to some of the places my parents took me, but also a good many more places. Being an adult does, at times, feel like a never-ending fight to juggle everything and pay bills but it is important to make time for relaxation and enjoying the fascinations of the smallest things, like seeing a frog in the garden or watching waves on the sea.

I had a horrible childhood @TheInvisibleMan but I wouldn't mind going back to my 20's.

Yes, I miss my childhood, I was a very happy child and I miss the days when I had nothing to worry me, though I love my adult life, I have two small children that always bring happiness and joy into my life.

I think your last sentence says it all. We need to keep our inner child alive even when we've grown up.

Maybe because I'm not so old yet I don't miss it too much. Sure there was so many good memories but now I feel happy too that I can just go out without telling my parents and I can drive myself where ever I wanna go :) bills are not fun I have to admit that
