This Run is For You

I'll be hitting the road again in an hour to have some good cardio.
The last time I jogged was a week ago. While I've been doing my exercises in between, I still feel I need to run more often.
I need the exercise and I have a goal with my running buddies to join another run in over a month, this time a longer run compared to the last one.
So, I need to run for a cause.
If you be so kind, tell me a concern or an advocacy you'd like me to think of, something I can keep in mind. It can inspire me to push harder, take that extra mile. Who knows, the cosmos might grant it to you if more than one person thinks about it.
I will run for _____. Fill in the blank, with a short reason.
Let's go.

Good for you and nice to hear you are thinking in ways outside of yourself while helping yourself at the same time. I would run against corruption, but that is me. Seems to be getting out of hand.

@Beatburn indeed, but our brain cells should not deteriorate faster than our bodies, for fear of dementia.

Run for your life! Okay, just kidding :o) I suggest you run for any cause that's close to your heart or something that will benefit your own community.
