Feel like a cup of hot tea

This is no time really for tea but this craving needs to be tackled and I shall tackle it by not giving in.
Having tea late in the evening means I would be losing my sleep. I would not trade my sleep for anything in the world even for that inviting hot cup of tea.
Do you have odd hours for tea or coffee? What is your schedule?

I used to be able to drink coffee all day up until bedtime, but not anymore. If I drink to much coffee I can't sleep.

You are doing the right thing. Drinking anything late in the evenings distrubs one's sleep

My cravings usually depend on the weather. If it's cold, I will want hot tea or hot chocolate. If it's hot, I will go with milk, water or soda.

@AliCanary Does it not disturb your sleep if you have tea nearing bedtime?

Coffee is a must for me every morning and also around lunchtime.
Maybe I take one more cup in the afternoon, dependinng on the season. (When it´s summer, I have hard to drink too much coffee).
I also like to drink tea, and when I do it, I allways take a cup in the evening

You are right.
If I want a good night sleep, I never drink coffe later than 5 in the afternoon.
Tea doesn´t affect my night sleep

Yes, I heard people say drinking tea at night will make you sleepless. I don't have a habit to drink tea. Sometimes I will drink coffee. In the past I avoided to drink it at night because it kept me awake. But now it seemed that I could have a good sleep even if I drank it before sleep

You are very lucky if drinking beverages does not affect your sleep.

That is yet another reason one should avoid drinking tea or coffee in the evening.
