Ugh no I can't find it. It's time to clean my bag.

Today I cleaned my handbag after nearly one month. I had been so busy and my mum was not keeping well too and so I had just been stuffing things in my handbag. Today morning I was looking for my key in the bag and felt as if I was putting my hand in a dumpster. I just couldn't find my key. There were so many papers in my bag, my makeup were lying here and there and there were small packets of crisps. I even found some notes and coin. This was the one thing I was happy about. Well my handbag felt happy today and was smiling at me after so long. What about you? Do you regularly clean your handbags?

@Nawsheen if a melted candy is there it's not much fun though.I had to wash out my bag once

It is good that you could clean your bag on the pretext of finding your key. We usually keep stuffing lot of stuff in out bag and then forget about it. Usually, we do not clean it till we need to search for something. Ideally, we should clean our bag once in a month at least, so as to throw out the waste.

@Nawsheen Yes, generally due to our laziness, we forget to clean our bags/purses/wallets. We should clean them at regular intervals.

Like you when I need to find something. I empty the bag - just like in the video and get rid of all the non- essentials. Does feel good

i have different bags when i go to my duty, to church, or when going to the city for some errands. i went to the hospital this morning to get my renewed PNA card.

@Nawsheen yes, my friend. this morning too when we went to church, i used a shoulder bag that is just enough for my driver's license, a small fan, my mobile phones, my towelette, and my purse.

I am so relate to this, he he. So many things in my backpack that when I look for keys, ballpens, notebook among others, I can't find it. Cleaning seems to be the best thing to do. Lots of papers and wrappers needed to be trash.

not often enough. i have a back pack i use because i have to haul so much when i go out but even though i have organizers in it, still things move around where i can't find them. i think a thumb size person hides in there and moves them around.

I think there is such a person hiding in my bag too and that is the reason why it remains so messy. I will have to look for that naughty little person now In fact i use the same back to run errands and go to work and so i tend to stuff everything inside this bag. And when i clean it I do make great discoveries

I usually wash my bags every month and clean it regularly. I have more than 5 sling bags, 2 backpack, I dont have handbag. I dont like it hehe

I regularly clean my knapsack and my wallet as there are always things that end up in there that should be put somewhere else or in the garbage bin.

Yes, I do. I change handbag almost daily so I'm constantly cleaning as I'm moving stuff from one handbag to another. I don't usually have too many stuff in my handbag though - a pen, a wallet, a packet of tissue, a small hair-brush, and a small make-up case containing an eye-liner, a lipstick, and a compact powder, that's about it.
