Apparently, in my home everything I do gets connected with me "getting up late". I wake up everyday approximately at 7:30-8 in the morning but still my parents complaint that I should wake up at 5 and do some exercise. I said "fine". So, I decided I'll go to yoga classes from Monday because I have a feeling that Mondays are best for starting something new. However, my dad didn't like the idea of joining classes. He said there are millions of videos on YouTube and can practice yoga at home. But he doesn't know that I've tried to do exercise at home many times but failed. Because there are so many distractions. Anyway he finally accepted. But He still has many doubts and feels like it's impossible for me to wake up at 5. He's making it a big deal. But I've done it before..

It will be hard at first, to sacrifice sleep. But it will become a habit.

Yoga is good for health, hope you get up at 5 am everyday and surprise your dad. well 20 is not a very big age , here parents are protective and that's not at all bad.

My parents are over protective. And kids at my age do all kinds of stuff but I can't do that because they think I am a little girl..

@Slayqueen wow, it's so early. i would probably sleep early to attend such a class, or else i'll be supersleepy the rest of the day.

@hereandthere exactly.. that's why I've decided to stick on the principle "early to bed and early to rise"
