Actually we don't have a sea in my city. I said so because today there was quite a heavy rain here. Everywhere seemed to be flooded and it also caused the serious traffic jam.
Now finally the rain stops. I don't know whether it will keep raining again. But if there will be sunshine for a while, the ground will be dry soon and you will not even notice it rained before. We live in a strange city

it happens here, too, when there's a sudden downpour. there will be flashflood and traffic, then the water will recede. some people would pass the time in the mall.
