I peel the skin of the chicken because it's smooth that way. I've a feeling that chicken feathers are still in the skin.. so that's why..

@youless yes.. because of the smooth surface I guess. I used to eat it with the skin on when I was kid.. but now I don't like it anymore

The shop does it for us. I like it with the skin but when they use the machine they dress the chicken peeling off the skin.

Not at all, for me its the most delicious part of the chicken. Without it I wouldn't want the chicken anymore.

We always just buy it skinless instead of taking off the skin after buying it. None of us here like the skin on chicken unless it is fried. We don't like it because it gets slimy if baked and normally gets burnt if on the grill.

here usually the skin is peeled off but for roasting its better it is kept on.
