In Summer season 2011. I was strolling around the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe. A group of children was taking a bath in the park’s fountains. It was a new experience and managed to take a photo. The children were so happy splashing the water to each other. I can’t believe that it is possible to do this in the center part of the country.

@TiarasOceanView I think it is not possible in public places. Perhaps it can be done in isolated places. But I never have seen it.lol

That's better than not bathing anyway. But they'll probably get caught by the police.

@Tierkreisze I agree. The policemen didn't do anything.
@Lupita234 I think they took time taking a bath in the park.

It is very much allowed in here. It is not an issue and it's not illegal for children ( I don't know about adults ) to take a bath at public fountains. Whether it's the park's fountains or the governor's fountain.

@Shavkat It is fine on both city and countryside. It's just that there are so many poor people that don't have water, so the government allow children to take a bath and play in the fountains. Their fountains, the government's.

@hostessman I was really surprised but they didn't even feel so scared when a policeman walks through the park.

they are innocent kids, so they don't mind if they break any rules, as long as they enjoy.

It could be dangerous because it is not clean and there could be some electrical connections there.
