Valentino Yosarian @Shavkat It is fine on both city and countryside. It's just that there are so many poor people that don't have water, so the government allow children to take a bath and play in the fountains. Their fountains, the government's.

Valentino Yosarian It is very much allowed in here. It is not an issue and it's not illegal for children ( I don't know about adults ) to take a bath at public fountains. Whether it's the park's fountains or the governor's fountain.
