Valerie J. Routhieaux I think if you're not experiencing any bad effects of it, it should be fine to take a shower at night. I've never heard it wasn't good.

Hillary Ralston I never heard that one before.. there are so many things out there that are bad for you anymore.. I use to shower at night all the time.. I'm a day shower now tho.. but do what makes you happy.
