There's a lot of claims about how Curcumin can prevent cancer and other inflammation related problems. What is your take?
When taking Curcumin Regularly, a few drops on warm water once or twice a day, there's a lot of difference in over all health. Have you noticed it?

This has many claimed for a good bit and many have added this to their menu, just in case. Maybe it is true.

True, in India, Curcumin is a staple spice and used in almost all recipes. South Indians have a way of incorporating natural remedies into their food seamlessly :)

That is what I have read. I bought turmeric roots in the open market when I was in my home country Philippines a few months ago. I made turmeric tea out of the roots and the tea was delicious. Then I bought turmeric powder before going back to Germany and I drink 2 mugs of this tea with honey every day. I drink and eat foods which I think will keep me in good health.

True, even now that's my go-to recipe for cold :) Works wonders and for sore throat - nothing beats it like Saline Gargle with a dash of Turmeric and Pepper Powders ... gone in a day though I do it for three days.
