Of course, I am not going to die, not today. Lol.
Insert serious mode here.
Well. I just recently understand the nature of my work. It is a per week performance based job. Meaning, I need to stand out every week so that they will retain me in the job since we are contractual agents, meaning any time they can fire anytime but as long as I can take hold of my stats, then I can stay. Tough job, right? I mean, there is no easy job nowadays. Is there?
I am worried because the compensation is good. Who would give me $100 per week? When all you do is ask those client's what they need and transfer them for a review. Then that's it. The hard phase is when your transfer is not going to sign up.
Anyway, if ever I will lose this job because of that tier standing, well, I have a backup plan.
What worries you today?
