Selfish Boss

My timing was 7 to 4 earlier but since 1 colleague has left the job so boss is being Clever and she changed my time to 9-6 shift.. means I get work load in the morning and evening too as well. I'm gonna ask her for morning shift, i can't manage to take the burden of both morning and evening OPD times when patients are so many.
while she herself is being careless and doesn't visit the Laboratory to atleast handle her laboratory.
She's a very bad boss and everyone who worked at laboratory had a quarrel with her but I don't want that. I'll handle her in my way
I feel very angry now..

Bosses are always very manipulative and they generally see their own interest before seeing interests of their subordinates. You could politely tell her that the timings do not suit you and she should reshuffle your timings.

Yes we dont seem to have nice boss anymore. They all think that if they instruct us to do whatever then they are successful in being a boss... Hope you will be able to sort out your shift with the boss soon.

Did she told you before hand that she changed your schedule? At least you still have a job. Not sure what kind of working environment you got there? but If it's bad maybe it's time to go and apply to another company.

main reason why I left the company. People quit people before they quit company. It has always been the boss..
