A very simple but attractive dish

Since lately I have to prepare for the dinner, so I have to go online to find some new inspiration. I occasionally found this cucumber dish. It has an attractive look but it is just a very simple dish. It is not the type I like because I am not interested in eating cucumber in this way. But I really like its look and it is also easy to make.
