Good way of thinking. As every coin has two sides. Hope so with this food too

@prashu228 It's what is inside those ingredients that is not good. Do you know how many chemicals and preservatives the put in the bread and patties to keep them fresh?

It's not about having healthy foods, it's a choice of eating in satisfaction.
I'd defend my fast food

@MALUSE my favorite McDonald's is in Kaiserslautern, Germany. I loved the structure it was in. It was the only two story McDonald's I had ever seen.

@Marty1 Because both the red meat and cheese are high in saturated fats, so it's better to have only one of the two and eat them separately. When eaten together, the high saturated fat of both foods may increase the risk of high cholesterol, that can bring to heart problems.

I especially loved McDonald's when I was young, but I haven't eaten for years now

If they offered juice at a cheaper alternative many people might consider it, I wish there was a healthier option offer there for sure.

@youless To give you an idea how much chemicals they put in their food. One doctor kept in his house a Happy Meal for 2 years, simply to show that McDonald’s burgers and fries don’t rot. Their food after two years looked no more than an hour old... this makes me sick.

I think it's okay to occasionally eat.

It's fast food. Not junk food. Even if they would label it as junk food, I'd still eat them. I love my fast foods

Who made this conclusion, somebody working for McDonald's? I think that it is difficult to have a balanced meal in a McDonald's, although it is perhaps not impossible. People can certainly be reasonable; but most of the time they are not : speaking of soda, we had to vote a law to forbid unlimited free soda fountains in French fast foods...

Never perfect but, say, a filet with orange juice and without fries probably isn't too bad.
