What time do you like to go to bed?

I am a very early-to-bed person. Mostly that is because my school day starts with what we call "zero period" or the class time before the school day starts at 8:30. "Zero period" is for music and sports clubs. I start teaching at 7:20. So I have to get up really early to be ready for that.
I go to bed by 9:00 if possible, but of course it isn't always possible. Usually I am asleep by 10:00.
What time do you like to go to bed, and do you always get there by that time?

I sometimes wonder if I don't need as much sleep as I think I do... I always feel more refreshed and alert when I get 5-6 hours rather than my usual 8-9 hours

Most of the time I go to be early about 8 - 9 pm. I sometimes go to be late if I have something to do or there are new stuffs I just bought. So, I spent more time looking at it or trying to understand it.

I am usually asleep around 11 am. The youthful thrill of staying up late is long over.

I used to suffer from a fear of missing out, I still do but now the thing I don't want to miss out on is sleep

@rachael5760 What do you teach online? That sounds interesting. (No, I don't want to do it, it just sounds interesting.)

I like to go to bed by 9, then I read for an hour and go to sleep, but sometimes there's something on telly at 9 that I really want to watch, so I end up going to bed at 10 and reading til 11.
I used to go to bed much later but now I have Leonard to wake me up in the mornings - having a child has resulted in me getting more sleep than I did before I had him

@petatonicsca I feel confused when, for some reasons, I have to change my schedule.

i usually go to bed sometime between midnight and one in the morning. Sometimes could be later and on occasion earlier. The reason is that my husband doesn't go to bed early and I never go to sleep without him. If it were up to me I would not stay up that late because then it's harder to get up in the morning, especially at an early hour.

It's nice to be able to go to bed early when you're tired, whatever early means to you.

I used to be that night owl who's up all night reading and writing. But since I became a wife and a mom, I am now an early sleeper/riser. I'm usually in bed before 9pm and asleep before 10pm. I do my readings and writing in the morning, after my kids have gone to school.
