So what do you do to relax?

I was sitting here, listening to a video and started wondering what others do to relax. Do you watch TV? Listen to Music? Play Games? Do adult coloring? Read a book? Take a walk? What do you do?
I do all the above depending on the time or what the weather is like. I dont watch TV a lot but I do at times, to watch TWD or something I was told is good. I love my music. I do play a few games on Facebook and if I have lots of time I love Starcraft! I also love to read. Walking is nice and good for me too. I also do adult coloring, mostly in the winter or when Im laid up and sick.
So what do you do?

I like to listen to good music, talk to interesting people, and enjoy good conversations with my wife and a few of my friends, both in the 3-D world and here at myLot and Facebook and Twitter, Tumblr and a few other writing sites. Mainly if I have time I like to garden, walk and shop.

I once again picked up my knitting needles and am working on hats and a few sweaters for my son and DIL. They are expecting their first child in December.
Knitting is very relaxing for me. I can sit and watch TV while knitting as long as there isn't too much change in the pattern.

@Ithink I hope to take up sewing again. That will have to wait until I retire. No time for that now!

I read a book at times, do some adult coloring etc and watch movies. I do alot of walking in the summer/fall time and do fun activities either with family or my boyfriend to relax.

I escape in a book, into the land the author made up. I really love to dig into a house and take it from bad, paint it and make it beautiful, I find painting walls relaxing although its work.

I like to study seismology because it's so different from my everyday job but still applicable to life in Japan. I think myLot is a relaxing thing too. I used to read all the time, and should go back to that too. I like fantasy such as Harry Potter. I also enjoy reading about linguistics and culture.

It depends on my mood. I'm not much of a fan of TV. I mean, I enjoy quite a few programmes but I'm not one for staring at the screen for hours on end. I'll sit and watch something if I'm really into it.
Other than that, I like to do puzzles. At the moment, I'm quite into hanjie (nonagram/picross) puzzles but I like crosswords and other things, too. I also enjoy music, colouring, walking, writing, woodwork, needlecrafts, and tons of other things. There are times, though, when I want to do so many things and I can't relax anyway!
I'm quite enjoying my relaxation time now, just responding to discussions here on myLot!

We all have our preferences. I relax with anime and video games if in a really stressed out mood, and at times, it helps to play with the pups and run around, enjoying the outdoors. Reading is a good way to calm down also, but it sort of puts a strain on the eyes, especially if they are aching. Then there is playing with the liddle ones, the children. Just hearing their laughter and seeing them all happy.
