How can you make an ordinary experience memorable?

I am a person that can be pleased with simple things. I had changed into a person who embraces small things in this world. In my own way, I tend to take photos and keep them in my computer. If there is enough time, I usually attached them in my personal blog. This is the best thing that I can do to reminisce the past events of my life especially with people close to my heart. I am also happy with small things. I keep a diary and I create HTML pages where I add my digital photos. It's a sort of personal digital diary.

That's what I did with my photos while traveling. It is a good way to travel back from the past.

Well I have this everyday goal, and it's to make someone or anyone happy even just one or two person, I just have to make them smile and laugh, and there I already made my normal day into a memorable one Although sometimes I end up pranking someone just to make them laugh

I have this kind of personality, too. I am a joker in the circle of my friends and family. But then, I need to be sensitive if it is a good time to do it.

I also do the same thing before. I always had journal since high school. But then, life becomes busier. Thus, I don't have enough time do it anymore. I can randomly write them on my personal blog.

When computer/cellphone cameras were not available, I always have my instamatic camera and took photos of family members/friends during important events. It's nice to look at them in my album or post some of them on their wall in FB.

I do agree with you. I remembered my old granny. She collects photos and put them in albums. I got this interest from her.

I am happy with small things as well. I am fond of taking photos and save them as my remembrance for everything I did.

It is better to have simple things. Some people forget the simple ways to be happy.

@Shavkat so true. Some people forget how simple things can make us happy by wanting things that are not affordable for them.

One way of making a moment memorable is not to pull your smartphone trying to tape every single moment. That takes you out completely from it. It's like you were not present. Enjoy it, the good impressions will stick.

Well, I guess I think I need to learn how not to do a selfie. I did selfie during the time of being a solo volunteer in a foreign country.

I missed traveling and hunting photos at the same time. This is what I can do before my volunteerism stunt.

We take a lot of photos, most of which aren't really interesting to others but we like looking at them.

I keep a lot of photos too and my storage for most places is almost full for this reason. Sometimes I take one of those photos and get it printed out so that I can actually see it on my wall.

That's a good idea. It can be in frames in the house. The best way to remember things from the past.

@Shavkat Shavkat, I have made placemats and pictures for aprons, and pillows and go to a place that puts them on. I get people that want personalized things and I love personalized things too. I take pictures of them at times to show the person or share them.

Good topic! Quite often, I find that the little things and every day life moments inspire me to post on my personal blog. Sometimes I include pics that I've taken, or that someone in my family has taken.
