My jackfruit tree is bearing lots of fruits this year. So, we often have jackfruit for snack. It tastes so delicious and sweet. But unfortunately I can't eat jackfruit as whenever I eat it my asthma comes back. So, I like the fruit, but just can't eat much of it. Do you like jackfruit? The picture is mine

@A_loves_B just boil it with salt till the skin could be peeled off with your fingers and the inside soft similar to when you eat chestnuts.

Very nice picture, first of all. I like jack fruit, we make a vegetarian dish with jack fruit and we all relish it. I am not aware if jack fruit could affect one's asthmatic problem?

@A_loves_B May be you are allergic to its sap and if you take it, your asthma problem gets aggravated. In that case, it would be better to avoid it.

I also don't understand how this fruit makes my asthma comes back immediately. I guess its strong odor or sap has something to do with my asthma.
