Evening, i was confuse because i have a friend here that is very strict especially on attire or beddress? She is so choosy in what she wear in sleeping and sometimes she told me that, the proper way of wearing dress in sleeping and not good if i wear sando when im sleeping? I love wearing sando when im sleep, is there proper way attire on sleeping? Or its up to you on were you feel comportable?

what's comfortable for one person might not be comfortable for another. it's better to wear what will help you sleep well so you wake up refreshed, not sluggish or irritable.

@cahaya1983 some people here, even if it's a hot country, would cover themselves with a blanket, but have the fan on. different strokes for different folks.

I agree, I know some people who can't sleep well unless they wear long pyjamas and socks but that would be a bit uncomfortable for me considering the weather we have here.

I hold the same view as @Kandae11 that our night wears depends upon the weather conditions.
As regards your question, it is one's personal choice, what one wants to wear as night dress, nothing is good or bad.

Isn't it funny that we have attire just to sleep? I think it should be whatever makes the person rest easier, if it is all button up soft clothing, a onesies, or nothing at all, as long as they can rest, it is all that matters!

As long as you are comfortable, no one really needs to tell you what to wear.

Pretty picture of you! I don't think that there is any proper sleepwear. What you wear to sleep in what you are most comfortable in. It is all about getting a good nights sleep.

My ssleepwear depend on the client. When it's already the cold season like what we are beginnin to feel now, I wear a loose pajama and its upper part. I also like to have a thick blanket on me.
If it is summer I would just have a loose and thin shirt. Then a thin shawl would be my blanket and it would only cover my butt.

well, I think there is also a dress code in sleeping, of course it also comes with the passion you want to wear. But the most important thing, you are comfortable with it.

I wear a cotton maxi. I feel really very comfortable in it and I don't feel hot. It is easy to wash also. My mom, aunt, sister, and cousins also love to wear a maxi.Especially at night, it is very comfortable.
