How Do You React on Someone's Failures and Mistakes?

Eversince, this is my mantra to always choose kindness.
Most of the time I avoid making bad comments about one's failures. I opt not to make comments without knowing the whole story. I usually do not mind little mistakes of others because there's more significant things that I have to attend to than minding other's minor mistakes and counting it against them.
Life is not perfect , there's no exact science for it, thus, we are susceptible of making mistakes.
Just sharing this topic because I was disappointed with someone here (in my office) who are so judgmental and bragging about other's mistakes.

You said - "I was disappointed with someone here who are so judgmental and bragging about other's mistakes."
It means that a mylotter made some scathing remarks about your post(s) and you did not like the criticism. Is it so?
You could avoid those comments and do not take it to your heart.

First of all, sorry if I was misunderstood but I am referring to my officemate. the word I use "here" is my current location (my office) when I wrote my story above.
Criticism is okay to me but making small things (like small mistakes of others) as an issue is what I do not like.
By the way @dpk262006 thank you for calling my attention..

Just listen to it. I have my fair share of mistakes and failures.

In our family, if someone makes a mistake or has an accident, we don't get mad. I just think it's wrong to get mad at people for their mistakes, as you say we are all susceptible of making mistakes.

People are so judgemental and we easily judge people on people's physical, how they talk and how other people influence us.
