What do you drink in the morning?

As soon as I wake up in the morning, I usually drink fresh water. I seldom eat in the morning. When I arrive at my office, I take another cup of fresh water before I have my morning coffee. In a day I never count how much water I drink in a day. They say we need to take about eight glasses of water a day. Water, however, does not always come from fresh water. It may be from fruits that contain water. If you are concerned about how much water you should drink, information about is available by Google searching it. What's your opinion about it?

I like to drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning. Then I have coffee to warm me up. I drink mostly water throughout the day. I never really think about how much I drink.

I crave soda when I first wake up, but I drink water or some sort of sugar-free flavored drink mix.

Yes water is good for you, and it is important to get enough water in your diet each day. I have also heard on the other extreme do not go overboard and consume too much water as that can be Bad for you as well.
