Bed time habits

So throughout the night I am constantly turning my pillow over to the cold side, it’s something ive done since I can remember and helps me sleep. I also can’t sleep without the fan on, I don’t even have it blowing on me, I turn it away lol but the noise just relaxes me. What are yours?

For me, having some noise is important now that I live alone.

@marguicha it used to be that I couldn’t sleep without the hairdryer on, not for the heat, but like you mention, for some noise. But a massive fire hazard and dangerous so I had to nip it in the bud, and it was replaced by the fan.

Often the sound of my laptop that is still on, I know what you mean about the cold pillow, I sometimes do that, not totally sure why but it kinda feels good.

@Starla_9 The humming of the fan or something, I'm sure it's a fan but whatever it is, it a humming noise

In my case I couldn't sleep without a small pillow place on top of my chest. I hugged it or just place it there would make me relax and fall to sleep.

My boyfriend likes to sleep with the fan going at night as well, even during the winter!

@Starla_9 No, I have actually grown used to it now. It doesn't bother me at all, even in the winter, I just keep myself bundled up.
I think I have become so used to it now that if I didn't have it I would have a hard time sleeping.

@mikesangel317 I think fan sleeping is actually very common, does it keep you awake? My partner hates it haha.

I 'm always hugging my husband when we are sleeping. I have a friend that here habit is scratching when she is sleep.

@JSAph8888 yes I’ve heard the pillow under the fee think a few times before to. And on occasion I do sometimes do that myself.
