@averygirl72 yes, whatever I eat, it goes out into the waste everyday, so I don't put on weight easily.

There was a very interesting programme on BBC TV yesterday that made some startling points about exercise. One was that taking three brisk walks (i.e. ones that get you of breath) each of 10 minutes was better for you than walking 10,000 steps at moderate pace. Also, lifting light weights is just as beneficial as lifting heavy ones!
The basic message was that keeping fit need not be all that time consuming and the last thing you need is a gym membership!

It does not have to be time consuming. There is even a short 7 minute exercise app you can follow

I work in a slaughter house and those cute sheep I have to kill are heavy animals and I think I started developing some biceps from lifting them after I killed them. My Job is an exercise already

It's your job every day? Interesting. What other animals you slaughter? That's a tough job

It guides me what kind of exercise I can do and what part of my body will benefit from that exercise

@averygirl72 I've only had one lesson. A friend has organised for a lady to teach a group of us.

I used to be very lazy too, but then got determined to workout one day. I started with high intensity training from Shaun T, because they were fun for me and made me feel incredible once I got used to them. I didn't see much body transformation though, because I always ate more after them. They only got me stronger not leaner.
Then, I changed my strategy to doing more aerobic exercise - jogging 2-3x a week, with some weight lifting 2-3x a week as well. And I am hooked on it, plus see great changes. Feel in my top form now.

@averygirl72 The good part is that I even like it. It somehow became part of my life - like eating breakfast for example. So some days, when I am tired from work, I look forward to go out for a refreshing run - it's not bothering me at all.

I work out 5 days a week, Cardio and strength training and I can say it's helped a lot, I have a few health issues that tend to slow me down a bit but I am trying to gradually gain back strength and energy.

I have the same problem! It seems like I tried everything... DDR, making myself exercise plans, and even trying to exercise while in bed. But I am still too lazy to do it every day, too! What is the app you downloaded? Maybe this might be a good idea. :)

The app is Daily Workouts FREE. I'm not exercising a lot. I get too busy with my online jobs
