Lusye Yes, most of the time I don't wake up. Sometimes I wake up at around 6 or 7 and then continue, but mostly I don't wake up at all.

Lusye I also watch movies sometimes but I can't say they help me sleep easier. If I have nothing better to do in the evening, then I watch.

Lusye I agree gratitude is not something we should forget. It's important to remind yourself how many things you already have, and not the ones that you miss. I try my best to have this kind of mindset whenever I can.

Lusye The self-driving car would be the perfect solution not only for seniors but for everyone. I know many people will disagree with me, but I think if it's safer, then it's definitely better.
