I am cooking Adobo for Dinner

It's only around 3:00 in the afternoon. Why am I cooking too early for dinner? I have a toddler who is quite a handful and she gets too energetic after waking up from a good nap. By the time, she wakes up,I cannot do any chores anymore as I have to look after her. Also, I make it a point that she eats dinner before 6:30 pm. As it was also advised by her pediatrician because she had suffered from indigestion a couple of months ago. What time do you usually cook or prepare dinner?

i cook rice (in a rice cooker of course) at 5:45PM. the viands we have for dinner are our leftovers from lunch, and sometimes freshly cooked.

I don't prepare dinner because my husband willingly oblige to do so. Adobo is a yum meal for me too! I love it with eggs
