Hello! Since I was thinking of topics I want to write, I suddenly had this craving for kimchi and I realized I wanted to write that.
Kimchi is a Korean delicacy (or food) that has a mixture of cabbage, carrots, raddish, onion spring and spices. (I just based those ingredients on what I see when I eat kimchi. Hehe)
A friend of mine makes kimchi and it is delicious. Spicy enough to make me yearn for more. It is heaven for me when I eat kimchi. Others like kimchi mixed with rice, but for me, Just kimchi is fine and I can eat it for one day or just one meal (approximately 300 grams) depending on my mood.
Do you guys like Kimchi? Do you eat them a lot? Share your experience. I would be happy to know. Thank you!

I like kimchi so much but don't know how to make it, good thing there is a nearby Korean restaurant in our place who sells kimchi 24/7.

There are some that are not that spicy but I want more spicy. Yes, you need to drink more water if the spiciness is not that tolerable.

Yeah! I remember I bought a Korean dish in a food court. At that time I did not have any idea what Kimchi is yet. My dish was served together with something that takes like pickled spicy cabbage. It's spicy, sour and crunchy.

@mlgen1037 oh yes , I liked it when I first tasted it. But authentic Kimchi is more delicious. In our house, my sister-in-law makes Kimchi but my husband says that he has a "suki" that makes more delicious Kimchi hahaha. Yesterday, we bought Kimchi from his "suki" in a wet and dry market and yes, It is more delicious.

We have a similar food item that we call Cauliflower Manchurian. We can eat it with other things but I eat it without any other item. It's mostly fried cauliflower, beans, carrots cabbage and onions and if someone like potato could be added too but I like it without potato. I use Green Chutney, Tomato Sauce and lot of butter to give it a unique taste. In our local language it's Gobhi Manchurian.
