Last time I informed about forgetting to eat breakfast due to my long journey and short time. Today I forget again while travelling in metro, and again it was Lunch time when I come to know about it.
Fortunately today I was given rice in breakfast, so I was able to have a big lunch.
I have to stop this, so I have to make a habit of checking my bag during metro ride.

@yugocean Usually I skip dinner or have something very light and - not later than 5 p,m.. That is the reason why I am hungry - even before I wake up, but I do not like going to bed with a full stomach. Breakfast is my largest meal of the day. I have an orange or lemon water as I wake up, then have breakfast an hour later.

Hello! I often forgot eating breakfast , but my sister told me it's not good for my health, coffee and biscuits are enough for me but she told me that I can get illness like ulcer for not eating breakfast.
Because, among the three meals in a day, breakfast is the most important.

You need to start the day with something to eat.

Never forget. They say breakfast has to be the heaviest meal because it provides you energy to keep you up throughout the day.

I had a terrible stomach ache last year and result showed it was due to less breakfast consumed by me; so doctors advised me to have proper breakfast.
Bad luck was that Office raised time of work, making us to reach 30 minutes early and leafe 15 minutes later. This 30 minutes made me to ear breakfast during journey instead of having it in home.

Skipping breakfast isn't a good habit. How can you forget such an important thing? Set your reminder before you go out.
