Can you help me think of something to write about today?

OK, I'm on my second cup of coffee. I ate a bagle and lox with ream cheese and am still hungry. No post there.
I brought home some wooden toys from the preschool to fix with wood glue and clamps. Maybe I can get a post out of that, but I'm too lazy to go to the car and get the toys for a photo.
I could promote one of my songs on YouTube, but I did that last week or the week before.
I could wish everyone a Happy Easter and Happy Passover, but that's kind of implied anyway.
Even have your head in the clouds? Give me something write about and I'll write about. I promise.

Love those clouds. Happy Easter weekend. Well, let's see perhaps some childhood Easter experience, maybe what you think about the Easter Bunny and how he came about, perhaps about what you are doing this weekend or perhaps just wing it and do what I have done. I have walked about my house and taken photos of objects that mean something to me and written about them. In fact, I think I still have some uploaded that I haven't even written about yet.

@RasmaSandra Maybe I'll be a "cereal poster" today and write multiple posts about nothing, including cereal.

Hmm. I busted my mom putting an Easter basket and stuffed bunny by my bed when I was about 4. But I didn't tell her. Doing this weekend. Hmm. Hiking tomorrow. But I think people are bored of my hiking photos. I like the household items photo photo idea. Sometimes I look at my old photos for inspiration. Oh, I just had an idea (thanks), but I may have written about it before. I could use a photo of my turntable (for records--remember those?) and ask people what their main music delivery system is. Or I could post a picture of my 1960s KLH radio and ask people what things they prefer in "vintage" form.

We teach about Passover. And we have frogs and locusts for them to play with. And we do little plays about escaping from Egypt. Some of the kids spontaneously play "Pesach dinner" in the pretend kitchen area. But we don't have a real Seder dinner there.

Hmm. I'll practice: I have worked with horses on and off for most of my life. When I wrote for Epinions, a product review (and very social) site, I chose the name Horswispr. When I wrote for a "shady" writing site called "Bubblews," I didn't want to "shame" or degrade the Horswispr "brand," so I shortened my handle to Horse. When I came to MyLot, I wanted my Bubblews friends to know who I was. I think "Horse" was taken, so I became "The Horse." How did you come up with Starmaiden? How'd I do!?

@Starmaiden It's a very cool picture. If you were flying, your arms would be tired!

@TheHorse You did wonderfully my friend!
The photo that I use as my profile pic is one that I took of the sun rising over Halifax Harbour on the day after the August 21, 2017 total solar eclipse. I chose that "star" photo and to let everyone know I am female, I added "maiden" to it.
Actually, I feel like an old soul. It seems to me that I've travelled this universe for as long as it's been in existence and BOY! am I tired!

I took my share of cloud photos today. I spend the morning in the park taking photos of the trees in their spring clothes. Usually I don't get the trees on the west side because of the sun, but today I got there in late morning to get strawberries at Farmers Market. Unfortunately the produce vendors must have all been in Templeton so I came away with nothing but tree photos. Maybe you could write about trees. What part have they played in your life? Did you have favorite climbing trees? Do you still climb trees?

Well, you came up with a post while thinking about a post. Which happens all the time, lol. So least you got something written.
I did like the comment about how you came up with your username. As I always wondered how you did.

Well you can be like Seinfeld and write a post about nothing.

Does your preschool do lots of sensory activities? I'm trying to come up with some mess-free ones. I'm all for letting kids play with shaving cream or dyed spaghetti or water beads, but some days I don't have the energy to do all the cleanup that goes with those kinds of things.

Ah, OK. Let me get started:
Changes in human anatomy, and human behavior, exist to preserve the species. Humans are uniquely equipped to advance cognitively, as the human brain is the most advanced organ among all species. How, then, does one explain the presence of "rap music"?
Is that a good start?
