I am on Facebook, and @thislittlepennyearns has my mailing address... both @thehousewife and @sprite1950 also know how to reach me offsite. I don't mind sharing my email address, although I'm not very good about keeping my email inbox clear.

I am pretty private! I do have 2 members on IG.

I have asked my husband to post on my FB page and I have wrote a post for this site he should post, in the case I would "disappear". I think he would be too devastated to remember to post.

people seem to find me no matter what i do..must be that wonderful attitude of mine they can't stay away from (sarcasm)

One reason I come here, check on few friends that I can.

I think getting connected on twitter, linked in or FB would be a good idea.

Staying in touch is definitely a good idea since we tend to worry about our friends when we/they aren't hear much. I've pulled away somewhat these past few months for several reasons. I'm trying to get more organized in my house and with our paperwork, but I will say that often I spend too much time watching old shows I'd not seen in years on Netflix now that that's an option. We hadn't had a TV to watch in several years. I'm almost caught up on Grey's Anatomy, I began watching Criminal Minds with my daughter last fall and watched all those episodes and also happened upon Continuum from some years ago that I didn't know existed. I don't plan on watching any more at present. I may end up here more or not, but I don't plan on staying away for long spurts any longer. I'm hoping to be here weekly and maybe more eventually. I have a facebook account, but am rarely there. I do play facebook games and if a notification comes in from there when I'm online or on my phone I might check it out. I'll look at my profile here and see if I can add any info for the future if I'm ever lost for longer.

Yes, it is good to stay in touch. I'm friends with a few people here on FB, so should I disappear, someone will know what happened.

There are I think 3 people, who have my email. About 10 who have my address, or least did for Christmas cards. 3 that have my phone number. And about 7 who have me on social media. Plus 2 of them have my mom on facebook!

I have a few member's personal emails, and they have mine. I don't do the FB thing, so there would be no use looking for me there, besides I would imagine that you need both a first as well as a last name to look someone up on that site.

I have never thought about it before, I have given my email to a few on here but not many. I have a fb acct so that would be pretty easy to find but I have it secured, even though people can still leave messages for me to see.

It is worrying when people seem to suddenly disappear. Some turn up eventually but others just seem to vanish into thin air.

i also make my presence on Facebook and messenger not in green light. i prefer to be incognito

@GardenGerty Heather, I believe it is good to let people you want to keep in touch contact information on how to reach them if they disappear or have to go away from here awhile.

I think no one has my email or facebook here but i don't know if i am known enough to be noticed if i am not here for long periods.
