Who is calling the shots?

Have you ever been controlled by other people? You know, when someone is trying to irritate you and you get really irritated, then you reacted in a way that pleases that someone. Or you get angry because of what a person did to you.
It's hard to ignore such things and we react in a negative way those people want us to react. They want us to get angry and we let them win by giving them an angry reaction - they are calling the shots because we let them control us. So many times we are like that, aren't we?

Yes. I have learned the hard way to recognise a controlling person and not react or give in to their taunts.

Yes, I do with my husband hehehe just kidding. But I have met controlling people and they are really insecure and toxic.
