My tree is finally leafing out

This is the plum tree I planted couple of months ago. I'm glad to see the leaves coming out. This one is doing much better than the other two, the peach and the apple trees. If temperatures stay above freezing degree we may see some plum this year. Plum season starts in May and extends all the way to October. How is everyone doing?

Make sure it's okay to let it bear fruit. Some things you plant your supposed to wait a season before allowing it to best fruit. I assume by trimming it I don't know. How exciting though it is growing so well.

I think you would be getting better weather now so perhaps the trees will appreciate it.
