I've been teased by friends and by my hubby because of my heavy bottom. When I was in my college years, I was so skinny that I was green with envy those who are gifted on that part of the body. I used to do squats but not regularly.Maybe somehow , doing squats helped.

Yes exercise is very helpful in-terms of staying healthy and fit. I try to walk a mile every day before and after work.

I do do them yes but not continually like I ought to.
I am trying to do them but I keep getting distracted and I think they help a bit yes.

When I first started doing cardio I was doing 80minutes of cardio but I ran myself too hard and got a chest infection from no rest,
I'm not saying not to workout but just pace yourself do what you can handle for both you and your health
