Being a mom really takes a lot of pressure on me especially when my kids hardly can keep themselves steady even for a minute .Just to be quiet and like good boys would listen and not grumble. But no. Hardly in a day"s time that we would discuss issues as if they have the right to vote. Really! This phrase has always been said a million times alone in my bed after such dispute over petty little things. Sometimes they win and sometimes they don"t. As time goes by, I learn the ropes of how to get my foot down and win over this petty issues. Have you ever said this in your life?

@Peach10 I don't blame you for thinking about that over and over. Kids can be such a handful at times that it can stress us out. I admire you for doing your very best on looking after your children.

@Peach10 I can only imagine everything that comes with being a parent. I'm glad you love being a mother. That's great.

It's really a learning process for me. As I go through years of being with them, I learn so many points just to be a friend and a mom at the same time. This is a tough job being a mom but I love it, truly I do

Being a parent is the hardest job in the world but it's so rewarding when they turn out well.

Kids are like that, they can't be steady, but that is fine, let them be active and happy.

My two sons tried to get away with things like that, but I had to put my foot down. Remember, you are the parent. Not them.

@Peach10 I have said this but not to or about my kids. They are forever. There's no getting over it. They are worse as adults.

Having kids is more than a full time job... it is a forever thing... you will always wonder if you did the right thing and hope that hey don't figure out that you are winging this as a parent. You should hope for that too... as soon as they see a weakness in you, they will use it to devour you... no word of lie... I have raised two boys and am raising another one now... it takes courage and wits; some of which you will be blessed with, some of which you will seek and find as necessary... that part is up to you! Good Luck!

@Peach10 I can tell you from experience that it is a good idea to bring them up as people and not kids... we get confused sometimes because they are small, but they are still people... we just need to talk to them differently so they understand. This is key if you want to have a good relationship with your kids in the future... tell them EVERYTHING in a way they will understand, from BILLS to ice cream floats... and you will be glad you did.

I told my son "You can do it happy, or you can do it sad, but you will do it." I know we all have frustrating days.
