Do you think breakfast is a must to start a day?

We usually start our day with breakfast.As the name itself suggests that it should "break fast"_doesn't mean to break anything fast_as we had a long time after dinner and a sleep.
Studies say that we should not skip our breakfast.We get energy to start our day .We may skip our lunch or dinner ,but we should have a healthy breakfast .
In our busy life,we may not get time to have breakfast.But it is important.Do you think it is important?
Have your breakfast and then go to your busy schedule.Have a happy day...dear friends...

I never skip breakfast, I need energy. But recently I have been eating only a banana and drinking milk tea. I really like it and it seems that I still have energy and don't get hungry as fast as when I eat too many carbohydrates (cereal, pancakes etc.) Maybe I will continue. Also, bonus: no dishes to wash.

I believe in the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But usually I have my breakfast and lunch together.

For me, breakfast is the most important meal that you need to have. It gives me my energy for the morning and all throughout the day actually if I took a heavy one. Lunch is also an essential one for me but only second to breakfast. Dinner would be an optional meal. I love taking fruits during the night, just fruits. It makes me feel light when I wake up in the morning.

Yes, of course. I believe that it is the most important meal of the day because we come from a long sleep and needs energy for the start of another day.

Yes, I think that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We feel energetic. You should never skip breakfast.If you skip lunch and dinner it does not matter,but should never skip the beginning meal of the day.

Breakfast is very important to start your metabolism. If people do not start up their metabolism correctly, they can get sick, get fatigued, and also start to gain a lot of weight. So even if it is just a thing of yogurt, it is good to have something for breakfast.
