Do you exercise regularly?

They say exercising is important to stay healthy.
Shamefully, I must admit that I don't excercise at all. Well, I do walk everyday if that counts. I try to walk my way around as much as possible and choose to use stairs instead.
That's just how far my exercise goes and a few stretching here and there. I don't jog, do yoga, go to gyms neither do I play any sport.
Do you guys exercised regularly? Is it part of your daily routine? What exercises do you do?

@ilovemyhubby Exercise needed for one irrespective of how active the person in his/her life. This is what I learnt from my life.

In your case exercise helps reduce knee pain. Well then keep it up!

me, i think as of now, i am not fit. Most of the time while doing household, I suddenly feel dizzy and easily get tired.

Yes! Dancing is a good way to stay fit and healthy too. Recreation and excercise in one! I bet you are not only flexible but graceful.too.

I go for long walks with lots of uphill places so I get exercise but I do a bit of this and that and the other and move a lot.

Its tiring but I still keep going as much as I can and must be good for the back of the leg muscle too.

Seems more intense than regular walking. I guess the uphill places makes the difference.

Oh yes, that is better than regular walking. It has more benefits for fitness. That in itself is a moderate intensity exercise.

That is how it really should be right? I admire those who keeps up with their daily exercise routine. It takes discipline to be consistent.

I also walk a lot,use stairs instead of lift.now not getting time for doing other exercises.

Its never too late to start.
I don't have an exercise routine too. I just try to walk my way around as much as possible, a few stretches here and there,

well, in my current status regarding this matter,we're almost the same. Doing household chores is my mainly exercise but before I had exercise routine and I used to do dancing every morning with my sister inside our house and once a week we do jogging with my bestfriend in the sports oval, 5 km away from our house.

I walk to go to college and go home veryday and it need 20minutes then I have up the stairs to 3rd floor...... That mean I do excercise ?????? wkwkwkwk :P
