When I start making breakfast with eggs, there is so much of remarks made - some say due to your age it is not good because it has cholesterol, another due to high blood pressure. For God sake, this food is from God and there is no harm. What is your suggestion.

I think eggs are good for health. And having anything under limit is acceptable

Eggs are good for you. They are full of both vitamins and minerals as well as protein. Still the best buy for your buck. Nothing compares to the natural nutrients one gets from the incredible edible egg. Do a little research. You may be surprised what you discover.

@kumbarn14 Well some foods can do harm if you have too much or too little. Let's use water for example. We need a certain intake of it daily for us to stay dehydrated and flush toxins out. But if you drink way too much water, it can be harmful. Eggs are good for you but not too many of them at once. We need all types of foods to balance everything out with sugars, salts, potassium, vitamins etc.
But sorry, there is harm to having too many eggs.

Eggs are one of the best foods around. Lots of protein and other nutrients, delicious, and come pre-packed in their own handy case. Ignore the knockers and enjoy your eggs.
