Carbs and food cravings..

We all fave food cravings sometimes. I was researching on it how to stop food cravings and then I got to know that it is the carbs that we take makes air brain to release chemical substance which make us carving. Limiting carbs in diet can be good to stay fit.

I read about this before, and I do limit carbs in my diet and this helps me lose weight. Many experts say limiting food intake is more important than exercising when it comes to getting fit because they say that if we exercise a lot but eat a lot also, it would be very hard to lose weight.

Exactly! Exercising helps is converting fats into muscles. And limited diet is necessary to decrease the accumulation of fat
