Should I buy my girlfriend a ring?

We will have been dating for six months next month, which is also the day of her 18th birthday. She says that she is madly in love with me and it is a very strong relationship. Would me buying her a ring freak or out or would she like it?

she would love it...i got my first ring at the age of 18 and i did freak caue he just gave it to me and didnt say anything he just laughed at me. just do it with ease. she is goin to love it though cause we love jewlery lol

when you say ring do you mean a engagement ring? or a promise ring or what? a promise ring would be romantic.

I am not sure if you are talking about an engagement ring or just a piece of jewellery but I am pretty much sure that either of it wouldn't make your girlfriend freak out. And why should it?

I think you should buy her a ring.
I understand your concern of her freaking out. I think you would know that. And if you provide the right words/atmosphere she'll be cool... and she'll love it.
It's not the fact that women love jewelry, but that her love (meaning - you) gives her a ring. As for the kind - you decide. :)

It's not like your buying her an engagement ring. Just buy her a regular ring. Depending on how deep your relationship is you can also buy her a promise ring.

with buying ur girl a ring make her want to marry u, if ur not into wanting to get married the dont buy a ring that looks like a wedding ring, go with something simple, maybe something other than a white dimaond, some dont look that bad
