Some people have a habit of talking in sleep is it a problem? This habit is most common in many children because the stress of the study is very high on the children nowadays. No one knows the reasons for the sleeping talk yet. It will definitely help reduce stress and if you add proper diet and exercise in daily life. Image Credit: Pixabay

@kavinitu My mother used to repeat what I said in my dream when I was young, which made my sister laugh.

Yeah its quite confusing, I have realized one thing if you are in dreams and you are having a fight with someone and you are trying to speak its really hard to speak out and a reason the words are not clear.

Most of the people do when they are on any dream. My children talks either in English or in Hindi, may be they dream like they are in school and talking to friends. My younger one used to cry loudly as he dream like a fight with his elder brother. If I ask about the same in morning they laughs and they have no idea.

Yeah you are right when we are in fight in our dreams the words are hard to be spoken and they sound unclear same with your younger son. Even my husband does that at times and when I wake him up he says he was in a fight with his elder brother

I have no idea if I talk in my sleep, if so, it is the opposite of me in the daytime. I dont talk much the less I say the better.
