More than one has had to have to smoke secretly because their relatives do not know they smoke or do not like them to smoke, anxiety kills me, today I stop at 2:30 am to smoke a cigarette and then to brush and wash myself Well the hands because the smell is penetrated and if my parents get up for sure there is a discussion. Has it happened to you too?

Stop smoking!!! I smoked 2-3 packs a day for 60 years and, consequently, I am paying for it now with COPD, PAD, Afib, an aorta valve replacement among a few other things--and I didn't listen for 60 years when I was told to stop smoking. Actually for all I did smoke I am pretty lucky!
Simply if you are willing to play the price keep on smoking.

Wouldn't it be better to just quit? I don't smoke.

Thankfully I never started smoking so I don't have to worry about smoking secretly. The smell seems to get in your clothes too don't you think?

It will be better for you if you quit smoking, you will be healthy, save your money and stop with that anxiety.
