I'm so anxious earlier like I worried about something that I cannot tell, I feel sleepy but I can't sleep, I think too much and I even cried without reason. I wanted to do something but I can't start because I'm worried and I cannot explain myself.
I'm too anxious. I know. Or stress, or depress? I don't know.
I hope it has something to do with the sickness I have or the medication.
Because I don't want this kind of feeling to disturb me.
Do you have this kind of feeling too?

I feel you, Bhem. I experience the same thing too (anxiety/panic attack) every now and then. I am terrified of a lot of things (maybe because of my illness). Sometimes, while I am in the middle of something (like I am working online), an anxiety attack will just hit me. I will get palpitations, my hands will get cold and sweaty, etc. It's uncontrollable. Gladly, a cup of warm lemon with pure honey helps to stop the anxiety attack. Also, I pray hard to help me get through with it. I don't want to take any medications for anxiety attack because I am taking a lot of maintenance medicines already.

What is your sickness? Yeah, it's hard when this anxiety attack us like I keep asking myself, what did I do to have this. Then I end up having a bad day and sometimes I cry for no reason. But I know that this has something to do with my current condition and also the medications I have.

Hello lovely person.
I understand you a lot. I have depression and anxiety disorder. Have you gone to the doctor to check yourself? you may have some kind of issue and in that case you should get some therapy and maybe medication.
After the check up, I would recommend you to try meditation/yoga or anything that helps you to keep calm. I have found that mindfullness meditation has helped me in the long run (you have to keep on trying because the results take time to be noticeable) and if you are feeling very anxious please talk to a friend or anyone who is near you, talking to someone while having an attack has also helped me. Just let yourself express your feelings with that trusted person, or even to yourself, if you need to cry, cry . If you need to scream, scream. Just feel , and be in the moment, that is the most imprtant thing, BEING IN THE MOMENT. Worries and anxiety are based in things we tell ourselves that COULD happen, the future does not exist, only the present time, so whatever that may happen in the future, we cannot predict it, therefore it makes no sense to worry about it. This is what I keep telling myself when I feel like that and helps as well. Also , write a list with the things you are greateful for and how you enjoy life whenever you are feeling ok, then read them when you are feeling bad to remind yourself that the way you are feeling right now is just a state.
hope it helps.
