Planning for your future is a waist of time...

Before I reached my retirement age, I already prepared my to do list. The first on my list is to put up a business. Buying things which I thought would be needed in my planned venture. Unluckily, before reaching the big day I was struck with an illness, which I never thought would happen to me. Everything crumpled in front of me. So now, I don't plan anymore. I just live it day by day. Just wait what life brings.

But I still make plans beforehand. I enjoy doing it but at the same time is ready to embrace what life has to offer.

That is supposed to be the attitude but sometimes when you expect too much, it hurts.

Yes, sometimes when you have plans, the more you push yourself to achieve your goal.

Exactly. I used to plan also, but I came to realize through trial and error that I am here according to GOD'S plan, not according to my own plan.

Did you push through with your venture or has your illness made it impossible to do so?

I was not able to push through. A lot of health complications. More damage on my hand, numbness, tingling pain. I hope this will subside.

@nita04 Sorry to hear that. Hope you stumble upon a remedy. There are a lot around these days from advanced medications, alternative medicines, ancient methods like Tai Chi, suppementation or superfoods, herbal medicines, acupuncture etc.

One should still make preparations and hope for the best.
