that's sad, I haven't come across any issues with respect to slowness because of the app. Do you use Android phone?

@Nickzter1331 my friend had troubles with the permissions the app asked for on his Android phone and it slowed down his cellphone too.

I am not sure if its country specific, you can try signing up to confirm.

I just found that the developers are from Philippines, I don't think they will exclude their fellow countrymen

@wongchoiyee you can use moocash on browser as well, no smartphone is required. They have an app which helps to use it on the go.
